Since Flexable Force was incorporated in 2009 it has been providing specialist labour hire, employment solutions and innovative approaches to talent sourcing to the greater Adelaide region.

It has over 50 years experience collectively within but not limited to Industrial Labour Hire.

Flexable force is currently seeking an experienced Administrator for a Civil Contracting company for an immediate start.

The key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Varied general administration tasks
  • Organisation and control of tender documents
  • Data entry
  • Collaborating between departments
  • Liaising and contacting customers

The key skills required for this role include:

  • Excellent organisational skills, an ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
  • Computer literate (Outlook, Word and Excel).
  • An above average ability to communicate with people (both written and verbal).
  • The ability to work both independently and as a team member.
  • Have a high level of drive and initiative
  • Strong attention to detail is considered essential.
